i believe the outstanding debt is 15 billion, inclusive outstanding amt to subcontractors...

4 billion injection not enough lah, not only need to handle the short term debt, Sapura also need 1-2 billion cash flow for current project and bidding for new project.

direct capital injection 5-6 billion with grant to clear the short term loan, they will just loan to Sapura with lower interest and longer tenure like 10 years. but they need to ensure the debt hair cut to be success, so they tied the bank loan and debt own to subcontractor, this will easy to meet the 70% agreement from creditor as Maybank, CIMB are hold bigger portion of the debt.

Than MOH can ask Sharill to sell their 5% share to MOH with discounts price, so this will clear Sharill name. It is good for Sharill also, cause he still holding 11%, so can benefit from share price surge..MOH own 5%, can sell the share priceafter increase 1000%

sapngr is heavy weight counter,.....more than 16bil. shares,......hard to goreng this counter,....unless PNB, EPF, KWSP funds also buying,.......if it can achieve 10cent consider very good already,........10cent per share cost rm800mil for 50% of sapngr ,.......

16billion shares are NOT all free float......PNB are holding 40% plus others GLC, very close to 55%
8 Billion free float is Not the bottom line also. Remember SAP falls from RM4.0 ( how many are caught in
between ??) Together with "Death hold Lots in Institution Vaults" and Ikan Bilis's Freezer package......I think
max goreng # of shares cannot be more than 2 billions ( as a record 1.5billion was traded before )
Current plunging to 7 sens is a major Roadblock to Draw Sellers.....I think 500mil shares TurnOver is more
likely with many Real Sellers refused to unload at a "Holding LOSS"

at one time sapura price going up from 0.10 all the way to 0.175. I think it it is on 11 August 2020. I couldn't remember at that time due to what reason the increase in share price. So nothing is impossible.
