* CORPORATE NEWS * Friday, 18 Sep 2020 PETALING JAYA: The growth rate of average selling prices (ASPs) for gloves is expected to slow in the coming months but that is not going to dissuade Top Glove Holding Bhd from committing RM8bil in capital expenditure for expansion over the next six years.

#supersinginvestor I reckon by now the smelly cat gang leader mabel.must be bankrupt aldy.. With his gloves n fgv in the shiits... 24/11/2020 3:06 PM
Wah this superstupidinvestor really have all the time in the world come barking here...
If I follow you, confirm bankrupt. Imagine asking all of us to buy PPB at RM19.50
Today..
PPB closed at RM 18.80 with minute share trading of 400,000 shares
FGV closed at RM 1.16 with hugh share trading of 8.263,700 shares
At that time when you ask me to buy PPB, my cost for FGV is below RM 1. How to bankrupt? What is FGV price today?
Top Gloves
As I told you many times in Harta, Kossan, Supermax and TG Forum, I have bought Gloves Fantastic Four since early this year when Teresa Kok pledge to donate China 18 million Gloves. I have traded many time in TG. What was TG highest price? Just in case you don't know, the highest price for Top Gloves this year before the Bonus Issue and Dividend Distribution was RM 28.5 per share. At that time everyone including you were chasing for this share.
How to bankrupt?
Despite Stellar Q3 Performance, the bad news have been used by the Sharks and Syndicates to press TG Price down. The consequence is the whole KLCI index is pull down by 5 pts. Most likely today could be the WORST ever market day for TG, with yesterday’s killer head line news.
Today, trading is pretty heavy in Top Glove with 89,734,400 35 million shares traded with many investors took opportunity buying TG. Currently TG price is like a virgin factory yet to produce but with $billions of orders has already been taken in with 20-40% upfront payment. All glove stocks already sold at 100% capacity up to 400-600 days waiting list. How can they benefit from TG's factory issue?
Only one, the ASP has to go UP for new orders taken today onwards. Today Lady Mabel bought another batch at RM 6.83 for 1,500 shares was matched. Yesterday, Mabel collected one batch at RM 7.31. Sometimes good things comes out of every crisis. You only benefit only when you take action.

Bankrupt?
Let me share to the Impact on 2021 Top Glove Profit based on yesterday's closing price at RM 7.35 per share..
Assuming the impact on Klang factory close down to be reflected on Q2 2021, I'm using the expected profit of Q1 2021 as a reference.
Expected profit of Q1 2021 = RM2b
Klang contributes 50% of total production (16/11 CIMB report) = RM2 b / 2 = RM1 b
Assuming all factories in Klang are closed for 1 month TOGETHER (in fact they are closing rotatively) : = Profit of Klang factory / profit per month * profit of two months = RM1 b / 3 * 2 = RM0.67 b
Cost assumption: RM330 per COVID test (CIMB) for 8000 workers in Klang (CIMB) = (RM330 * 8000 workers) + RM560,000 (other costs by CIMB) = RM3.2 m
Total profit = Profit from remaining factories + profit from Klang - Additional costs = RM1 b + RM0.67 b - RM0.032 b = RM1.638 b
* This calculation has yet to factor in the increased ASP (which is likely to reach its new high in 2021) _ Q3 2020 - RM347,895,000 Q4 2020 - RM1,291,995,000 Q1 2021 - RM2,000,000,000 Q2 2021 - RM1,638,000,000 Total profit = RM5,277,890,000 Number of shares = 8,196,000,000 EPS = RM0.643 PE = 11.43 (share price at RM7.35)
Understand?
Remember what Mickey said yesterday?
There are only 7 Good FA gloves company still can enjoy 10 to 12 % yearly growth in normal situation for long term holders. Mabel Fantastic Four are the Top 4. Go and read what he posted last night..
Summing up,,
Mabel is not like you selling shares before it's fully ripe. Go and watch Armada and Serba Dinamik, many cannot tahan already and sold their share. I will only share when I meet my target price.
Kossan and Harta why you sell when the price is not ripe? So Pondan...
