Kukuman may answer the question already lah. Don't forget to give us tips ah.
Depends on conditions, esos can give discount but some company need you to hold for certain period before you can sell. It is meant to retain employee. If you have confidence in the company, then I would choose esos.

Why call oldman stock? Oldman slow slow rise, tahan longer. Young man quick rise, quick finish, lol.
We are already half way of 2014. 1000 towers contract s should be announced anytime from now.

ESOS is definitely a very beneficial thing for the employees if the management is truly making efforts to enhance shareholder value. remember DIGI shares ? when it was IPOed it was RM3.xx. I still remember many sceptics during that time. at current DIGI share price, it is probably RM40+ already.... if say the employees had ESOS and held till today, it is a very rewarding experience.

如果把osk warrant如果全数转换，预计osk的净利将淡稀33%
但那已经是2017年事情，距离目前尚有4年时间

【股东持有%分析】
目前只有区区42位大股东就持有oskprop将近91%的股票
市场流动票不多，我相信oskprop今年要突围而出，不是一件难事

【后语】
本益比低，股息高，今年有望成为净现金公司，多项房屋发展计划支撑公司未来净利
我买了些oskprop，希望可从中获利

【读后感】
2014年及2015年是oskprop丰收年，还有可能跟Pjdev合并，有望把股价推上另一高峰。
