Shacks, you r welcome. I hope to see OCK price when move to main board. That time most of the Fund Manager / In-house inv team will eye on it as still got listed company's investment policy not allow to invest in ACE market, no matter how good is the stock...

Ooooh....sudah announced PP price RM1.30 close to my anticipation price...about 8% discount .

On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Board has fixed an issue price of RM1.30 for each new ordinary share of RM0.10 each in OCK ("OCK Share(s)") ("Placement Share(s)") for the first tranche of the Private Placement comprising of 28,490,000 Placement Shares, representing 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital of OCK as at 29 May 2014.

The issue price represents a discount of approximately 7.80% to the five (5)-day weighted average market price of OCK Shares up to and including 28 May 2014 of RM1.41.
The Board is currently identifying suitable placees for the remaining Placement Shares pursuant to the Private Placement. The relevant announcements for the remaining Placement Shares shall be made in due course.

Shacks...the price offered to LTAT and potential investor is RM1.30. However, these shares are not entitle for bonus issues. When they are approved into market...later.Logically it will pull down the share price I wud think. Nobody really know how much it will be..but we shall be safe with the +ve Qtr Result ,Bonus Issue etc for now. Bear in mind we have market votaility to bear with along the way...

Joel,Yes...that's correct. The price then will be adjusted after ex-date..
Say for eg..if the price is RM2.00 b4 bonus and after bonus will be RM1.33 and the trade price continues from there...and u will have 50% more shares with u.

WXGWXW, the proposal for the BI is approved. So, can expect OCK to announce it in d near future.
