以下皆是与管理层交流得来的资讯。

?Q1: ESOS 发放的期限和制度
✅发行最多7.5% 股数
✅会分10 年实施， 发放的股票逐年增加 （比如第一年发行5% ， 第二年发行10% ，以此类推），以减少Esos 冲击盈利的影响

✅ESOS 委员会，即将在近期内设立，以筛选合格的员工给予奖赏与回馈。

✅ESOS 的目的主要是留住人才，以应付即将到来的项目。


?Q2: 免签证项目 ENTRI/VLN 的进程
✅ 现有商家合约被延长至2020 年4 月尾， 预计多一两个星期内开标open tender

✅ 由于技术门槛低，很多公司都很敢去tender ， 政府要办法给谁，除了取决于能力，更重要的是track record


?Q3: 移民局把IIS 重新包装成 NIISE （念成nice），有任何本质上的区别吗？
✅没区别，内政部和移民局很重视这个项目，NIISE 有4 个components ，800个modules，不是一般公司可以做到的，与其他公司不同，DSONIC 有自主研发能力，可以主导和贯通硬件和软件。
✅第二轮招标在3月4日截止

✅报纸写其他公司需要组合联盟来竞标，因为他们没有相关技术。

✅NIISE总共需要700 多台autogate，目前全国共有139 台，还有很大的成长空间。（supply 了autogate 后 ，还会有service contract）

✅政府将NIISE 的项目价格封顶在RM1.8bil ，项目分四年半进行。
完成项目后，接下来就会得到service contract。

总而言之，是一块非常肥的肉。


?Q4: 新型冠状病毒会不会影响公司的原料供应。
✅不会，原料供应来自欧洲


?Q5: 阿末扎希法庭案件对公司的影响
✅完全没有影响，因为公司完全靠实力取胜，passport 合约在2015年颁发，时任内政部长阿末扎希当时并没有涉及与公司的贪污案件，报纸记者断章取义，以公司的品质和价格，当时赢取合约理所当然（当时的对手 Iris 和 KDN 价格贵，品质也输给自己）

✅DATASONIC 的passport 为移民局赢取了不少荣誉，其安全性是世界数一数二的，最重要的是，还为政府省下了不少钱。



Q6: 新Managing director 对公司有什么策略
✅ 下个星期四27/2/2020 将会是他上任后的第一次board meeting ，届时会宣布公司的未来新方向，他也不忘安慰互动 ”be patient ， something is coming” ，然后嘴角微扬+阴笑
