The queue could be accumulation or distribution, but from the chart it seems more like an accumulation,trading sideway and accumulating at 1.49/1.50, clearing out contra players before the next push. It is important to clear out contra players before the next push for a smooth ride up.

But I could be wrong and if this happen to be a distribution period, then it will fall back.
