　我們認為，德達飛訊或被FHSB拉攏成為燃油補貼計劃的技術合作夥伴，因在提供大馬卡（MyKad）和國內護照掃描件方面擁有良好的紀錄。這舉動是非常適宜的，因大馬卡的操作系統是由德達飛訊本身開發的。
　據報導，若該計劃能每年為政府省下98億令吉，我們預計FHSB將從中獲得2%至3%利潤，相等于2億至3億令吉。若以淨賺幅40%計算，持有30%股權的德達飛訊每年能額外取得介于2400萬至3600萬令吉淨利。
