the best method is to have a chip that can be fixed at the inlet of fuel cap of the appropriate cars (eligible cylinder capacity)....and that can be automatically detected (validated) by the fuel fillers.

every chip generated has to be linked to a car's chassis number (only one chip generated per specific car).

CyrusQ - You are very bullish on this without any backing up information. TA tells me it will be heading towards mid 0.60 before retracing, but definitely not tomorrow, maybe a week+. FA is very shaky, we only need another announcement from MACC (good or bad) & the price will drop. Just remember there are newbies out there who might just act on your statement & get burn seriously.
