investment is for long term , no such thing as 5 months or 5 days , even those crazy unit trust sometime investimes take 10 year jes to recover your capital , not to mention abt making $$$$

with strong resistance 1.23, 0% low bias versus 1st support at 1.26. It is good time to accumulate now for dividend income now. Also RSI below 30% and being overly sold recently, expect some technical rebound in near term when buy volumn kicks in.

What was the reason for the increase?
According to its report : "This was mainly due to the acquisition of the investment properties by IGB REIT was completed on 20 September2012."

IGBreit am bought for very long time from beginning, but till today never see it move. When will be active and any dividend ? luckily no much buying, anyway still hope it can be increase at least same like CMMT. this is my hope....

This REIT is like a corpse. Hardly moves. If it moves a little, it drops dead the next instant.

REIT mostly is to collect the dividend, as I would see, coming 3-4 months, REIT will declare a dividend at RM 0.0300 ++ (which is 2.5%, if you are using RM 1.20)

REIT shares are all very low now... especially for IGBREIT... new and yet... low.. :D

P/E gone down to 13 after last Q results. Still high relative to other retail reits. Also no plans for growth in the next five years so probably will not move much.

Haikeyila, i heard IGB had bought a land at Inskandar, JB. They will pump it into IGBReit and therefore, next yr price will adjust accordingly.

IPO price was RM1.25. = Current Price. ! Plus approx 4 % dividend p.a. and good 2013 financial results. Share price is slowly but surely moving UP. Go go go!

As you observe from track record, every crisis where massive sell down of shares,

REIT shares are steady ... the KLCI index has gone down to 1780 ++ and it will still go down to 1730 - 1750 until 17-18 December.

reits are never a stock for short term players ~
its for those who cant take big risk
nevertheless, REITs are not risk free

with the possibility of the US QE tampering, REITs will remain sideways

US QE is making bond interest rate lower, encourage investor to choose higher risk stock over bond & dividend stock (aka REIT)

thus ,. foreign funds are pulling out from REIT n back to US..
thats y ,, any rumors of QE tampering will send US stock downward

No worry, after big player acquire share last week. local fund kwp also start buying mode, dividend will pay next Q, it should higher compare with other reit since it only pay twice a year.

KWSP is selling on most of the REIT shares... as of 15th November 2013

Foreign funds are exiting from Malaysia market up to RM 3 billion since October 2013.

It's a best time to accumulate now as the price will not go this low in near future after this round...

never pay attention to EPF. their huge funds are managed by different managers, so some may sell and some buy at the same time. they also claim to 'mask' their investing strategy by doing so.
