Question is not to shoppers but to tenants (i.e Shopping mall tenants). If you are in the retail business, which mall in Malaysia is the best in terms of sales? Your answer will tell you the reason why difference in PE is so high.

who do all this window dressing and for what? Don't understand. If it is not the fair value why go buy until 1.80? i am not complaining but don't quite understand. Just to make themselves look good? i hope is not EPF. our money all tied inside. There should be some ruling on this. Outrageous...

Someone had bought a huge volume across the 6 reits, igbreit, sunreit, klcc, cmmtreit, ytlreit and hektar, and by a big margin. For example, igbreit last volume is 447500 units at 1.8? That's whopping RM800k. CMMT last volume 374500 units at 1.83. And we have not even counted on the rest of the reits? Either that person had key in wrongly in keyboard, or it is just very committed in window dressing for the end of the year

yes, i agree this is overdone, too much for the funds to window dress for good result. never trust in those unit trust/fund... sc should investigate in this last minute window dress

Yes, becoz i tried to sell at RM1.80 at small volume but no buyer at all, it is very clearly manipulated. Anyone manage to sell at RM1.80? The huge volume happened so fast! This is clearly window dressing to the max.

Reit dividend tax at 10% (wht). So for the latest distribution you will get 4.42 sen nett of tax

What is the tax rate, is it a corporate rate on 24%? I'm a newbie here, hope all the sifu out there could explain to me. Hehe~

Thanks dunspace. Now i see, after withholding tax, it is gonna be 4.421 sen per unit.

(4.79-10%) + 0.11 = 4.421 sen.

But why is 10%, this *wht rate* is it fix for all of the income distribution?
