no...no...no...problems with Qliq is not having enough fund for QA as QA negotiated when oil was $100. Why other SPAc also should fail ??? No reasaons for them to fail.....they dont have problems faced by Qliq.......you wait la...

I only got 56sens. Rm350mil cash ÷ 630mil shares...
@73 sens that will be equal to rm460mil. Can't seem to find that amount anywhere in the balance sheet.

World word will remember your name, you take million ringgit from investor fund and their hard earn money for your retirement, probably your son & daughter also did not dare to mention their father name as all the people said they are OKU !

apparently, it is 73 sen....you arrive at this by accounting for the interest , the fact the pre IPO shares get nothing and comparing with the sum that is set aside.

Hi Desa20201956. Noted. U mean that the promoter will not get the share of the payout right? This would mean lower shares outstanding hense the higher payout to the other shareholders. Thanks for the explaination.

Pihak SC dan BURSA harus mainkan peranan ttg kaunter begini yg penuh penipuan.jadi jangan marah jika pelabur hot dan marah.contohnya cliq waran sekurang-kurangnya beeharga 19 sen sepatutnya sebab exercise 50 sen saja.ini harga sampai setengah sen.tak pernah dalam sejarah saya main saham selama 20 tahun berlaku perkara begini.ada something wrong dgn pihak SC dan BURSA sendiri yg mungkin berlaku unsur rasuah,jika tak ini tak akan berlaku

told you before...dont ever put a general statements on spacs.....pity problems faced by cliq...see sona dont has same problems..sona QA's already approved by SC and I believe majority shareholders will approve the QA......and for cliq warrant, you cannot convert spac warrants until QA completed......
