It is one of the very rare developers that is net cash. The only other one that I know is Tambun. However, Negeri Sembilan property market is somehow overlooked and many investors may not find it as interesting as Klang Valley, Penang and Iskandar yet.
The stock might not fly so soon... But it has huge development at n.sembilan located bout few km from s2, concept is good price lower than s2 this project will keep them busy for few years but I m not sure bout it other land bank...

In my opinion, this is the lowest risk counter with the highest potential. Especially during these times where property stocks are affected by the new policies.
Nope, those IPO traders are already flushed out. Those who remains are long term investors. This counter, unlike e.g Tropicana, uses most of their own money to invest. Investors dont like counters who owe banks or other investors money. This show they have the strength to go further, Just look at their high DY and dividen payout, this already indicate something. I say put it in here for at least 2 months, Rm3 would be reachable in 3-4months in this climate.
race betwen hua yang and matrix......im into Hua Yang ......they give good bonus shares(free) and high divident. I keep an eye with an "open mind" on Matrix.Constuction line makes tons of money....their task is execution and planning,project after project concurrent or non stop......
