Management buying in May & recently...all above 1.41. Today, I swoop in to re-purchase my original shares @ 1.30,1.31& 1.32, 3.5% LOWER than my original cost, shares which I sold for a net profit of $655 in total :D

It's all depend how MPHB capital and Generali settle the non-approval. Possibly Generali will exercise the put option requiring MPHB to buy back the 49% at the same price. If that happen, the option for MPHB is to go for local M&A or public listing or demerge the insurance uint from MPHB Capital. It is not the end of the road for MPHB capital.
