Just keep this ICUL. It should be worth holding. The mother is now undervalued and it may move up to 60 to 80 sen if it can push up its earnings to RM60m to RM 70m this FY.

the 1% is the coupon rate. so if u have say 1000 shares (iculs) then every year you will receive 1000X0.01 = RM 10

Also whether conversion can be done at anytime depends on what is written on the prospectus or u could call up the registrar of the company.
