this co has a very high dividend policy and with the record surpluses in terms of profits and cash it recorded so far this year, we can expect a bumper dividend, likely to be announced in the coming quarter in feb 2014. stay tune pep

This question maybe a bit too late but hope someone can help me. The Par value per share is rm0.10 and IPO price is rm2.50 so can I assume that if the par value is rm1.00 the IPO price will be rm25.00 per share. Am I right ?
