Westports bukan tdk kasi untung tapi pelabur tdk mau ambil untung. Apa boleh buat harga suda turun. Kalau masih pegang, hati dan mental kena kuat. Kalau rasa Westports tdk guna, buang saja sbb sendiri tanggung rugi bukan duit siapa-siapa.Rugi skrg bukan terus rugi! Teruskan perjuangan cari kaunter yg mengikut pilihan hati tdk perlu ikut org sbb kita punya duit maa.

anybody here knows the term "moratorium"?....is a period of time ( i don't know ..may be 6 months to a year) where any substantial shareholders pre and post ipo are not compulsory to make any announcement regarding acquisition nor disposal of shares

many people here asked before..who got so many shares and still selling (for what purpose?)

i hope u all will not be surprised after the ending of "THE MORATORIUM"

Hongkong and one of world richest man, Li Ka Shing still owned 25% in Westport. Profitable co and there is a dividend policy of 75%.

This is a Dividend stock, not a sexy counter.

P3 not yet gotten official regulatory approval. Even if yes,Westports business fundamental still strong. Their berth has natural advantage in terms of berth depth and location. Unless trades activity still move on, shippers need port to call at. That's my humble view.

Its just like Astros's re-listing at 24x historical earnings ( pity the small shareholders'!) ; and the recent 7- Eleven Convenient Stores expected listing, cancelled by Bursa cos it is priced at 30x historical earnings. BURSA is looking closely at some of these IPOs !!
