CIMB TECHNICALS this morning had a BUY CALL for Velesto, target 36 to 38 sen on improving oil outlook & fundamentals with a stop loss at 0.295
Based on my experiences, it's normally delayed action, may move within the next 2 days

THEY ALWAYS HAVE HIDDEN AGENDA

current GLC operation, one Buys, One Sells is share transfer in Open market. Difficult for price
to go up bcoz EPF will not Buy at higher price than 30c. You need Ikan Bilis to come in but i didn't
see many around.
