Happy year 2020 folks.....with higher fuel price sadly velesto contracts & rates still remain the same. Worse still all Nagas already chartered out in 2019.

As such velesto uptrend will only be temporary & opened opportunities for big institutions to take profits. Velesto will only break above 0.41 with new contract at better rates & with fuel price remained above $70pb.

Thank you DoomStock..I am new in share investing. I bought Velesto because based on the 3rd Qtr 2019, it showed a marked increase in revenue and profit..the notes to the report shows that it is due to 2 rigs chartered and another 2 to be commissioned in Qtr 4. So , I bought with the hope that Qtr 4 results will be better before the profits stabilise.... would appreciate your advise. Thank you very much.

I expect US will strike back hard after Iranian attack on US base in Iraq, this may follow by Iran attacking more oil facilities in the region and cripple oil production which may push Brent crude oil prices towards 100 per barrel soon

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 9): RHB Retail Research said Velesto Energy Bhd may rebound higher after it continued holding above the 37.5 sen support.

In a trading stocks note today, the research house said as the stock recently rose above the 21-day SMA line, this indicates a positive sign.

“A positive bias may emerge above the 39 sen level, with an exit set below the 37.5 sen threshold.

“Towards the upside, the immediate resistance is at the 42.5 sen mark. This is followed by the 45 sen level,” it said.
