After C.R., velesto still has 9bil shares (sure no share bonus, no right issue after CR ) CR completed in 3Q20 so 4Q20, velesto can issue Dividend. 200mil dividend will give 2.2 cents.
For PNB bought at 30cents, yield is around 7.3% (very good considering BLR will fall below 2%)
Can Velesto achieved 200mil profit for 2020, I think easy job bcos all rigs are running 90%+ in 2020

Still considered legal accounting manipulation manoeuvres. There are substantial short and long-term liabilities to service out of revenues received. Sometimes there maybe onther drastic manoeuvres such as debt restructuring whenever the needs arise anticipating minimising unexpected future downside risk exposure in between contracts expiry and new contracts. All need necessary calculative details consideration for real survival and sustainability within the laid down business model. Unless intended to modify bessiness model with expansion of scope of core activities to new profitable frontiers.

when you removed 2 billion accumulated loss from your books, it is like switching TV channel from
a Horror movie to "Good Morning, Malaysia Channel" (no such channel, i make it up )

The atmosphere is different, people are willing to Buy bcos they feel Good ( Between 50cent Or
max at 1.00 (hard goreng )----year end )

Velesto is the only counter least affected by CoronaVirus. No consumer sentiment worry, no payment problem (Petronas) and No stop-work order bcos of Oil price falling to $30--40 (temporary ). All their Rigs are in-place and Drilling.

Breaking News from CNBC

Oil prices sank to multi-year lows on Friday as OPEC’s allies rejected additional production cuts proposed by OPEC on Thursday.

U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude plunged more than 10% to settle at $41.28 per barrel.

International benchmark Brent crude dropped more than 9% to hit a low of $45.18 per barrel.
