BJ Corp took BJ Capital private when it reached RM3.00

Now BJ Auto is nearing RM3.00 but still listed.

When BJ Corp took over BJ Capital at RM3.00 - BJ Corp Share Price Was Still unmoved at 12.5 cents. So I bought into BJ Corp at 12.5 cents.

Agreed Calvin. BJ Corp is well looking up to particularly @0.51 cents only. It may draw most retail players there while leaving BJ Auto for the Institutional Players.

Im out of BJ Auto now. Do not get trapped between the "promised journey"....haha

as far as i know, the Eastspring investments Small Cap Fund is collecting BJauto since last year, my latest annual report shows 5% of the fund is holding BJauto.

Berjaya Auto Bhd’s (BAuto) net profit more than doubled to RM56.1 million for its first financial quarter ended July 31, 2014 (1QFY15) from RM26.09 million a year ago, largely due to higher sales of Mazda vehicles in Malaysia and the Philippines.

Revenue rose 18.6% year-on-year to RM507.95 million from RM428.42 million in 1QFY14. Earnings per share for 1QFY15 rose to 6.95 sen per share from 3.62 sen per share a year ago.

The group also declared a first interim dividend of 2 sen per share, payable on Oct 8.

2.90 to 3.60, 24% growth in 1 year good enough for me, plus Maybank and RHB gv their TP on a conservative basis, bcoz we never know when will competitor launch a new product that will eat away Mazda sales, for me the new Mazda 3 CKD and Mazda 2 if price lower than market estimates, their sales volume will be much much more. u jz need to ask urself from time to time, ppl ask u to sell now bcoz they care for ur money? or they wana buy on cheap?

The current quarter result achieved by contribution mainly from Mazda6 CBU, Mazda3 CBU and CX5-2.0 CKD (the main volume runner). Of coz, CX5-2.5 (CBU), BIANTE (CBU), Mazda5 (CBU) and BT50 (CBU or CKD, I'm not too sure) contributed as well, but I don't think is that significant. In the next 6~9 months (2~3 quarters), there will be Mazda6 CKD, Mazda3 CKD and the new Mazda2 CBU to be launched.
Assuming CX5 (both varints)/Biante/Mazda5/BT50 sales remained the same, the cheaper priced CKD version of Mazda6 & Mazda3 will have high potential to drive up the sales of these 2 models, and the new Mazda2 (even though CBU) sure will add on to the sales volume (I can't imagine this model to be zero sales volume).
Based on my own analysis above, I do believe the financial results for the next 2~3 quarters will have high potential to break current quarter record, and I expect the stock price will keep going up as with the earnings.
Short term wise, will it have any correction since the share price has run up so much? This the million dollar question that I'm asking too, probably some technical chart analyst out there can help?
