follow MZM question. Are you holding kanger shares? I predict got if not you won’t so holy good spamming with all these half baked theory. Ulterior motive? From your comments all companies with large shares and lost making now will forever make loss. Does it make sense to you? Steven kuah mentioned fy22 confident of turning black. Of course hope so and no guarantees. Are you sure kanger will consolidate the shares 10 to 1 after ri? Your analysis like trigger happy without true pictures of the company. Just stop with vaccine. No way Kanger get to distribute the sinopharm. You should focus more at the other possible project that might save this stock. Construction and other investment. Even Kanger's board didn't mention that Vaccine going to save the company return to black. Otherwise you might stuck for years if u keep hope on vaccine. If you want to make profit in kanger, buy 0.055 and sell 0.06.

Answer: One free warrant will be given to one right issue share subscribed @ 6 sen per share.

2. .... we subscribe we can get free warrant worth rm50.00 @0.05?
Answer: It doesn't mean like that. The free warrant's price will be determined in the market when it listed. RM0.05 is the exercise price set for converting one warrant into one ordinary share.

We can convert a warrant + payment of 5 sen to get one ordinary share. We can hold the warrant or convert it into share or sell it in the market at their current price.

3. Normally how long we can sell the warrants and the right issue shares?
Answer: From the first day the warrant and right issue shares listed and traded in the market.

Based on the agreement, Kanger only can distribute the Hayat Vax in Malaysia. It's not for reexport to other countries..
