You played the ghost stories about consolidation, whereas the plan of consolidation is not yet reported by the company. It's just a ghost story without a certain degree of risks explained.

To you is spamming. To me,it is highlighting potentials. Directors have immense power to undertake corporate exercises that might cause huge losses to minority shareholders.

By the time company reported share consolidation, the price will not be 5sen anymore, it could be 1-2 sen.

Consolidation not necessary bad. Look at Perak Transit, 3 becomes 1, I don't see got issues. Two benefits at least: 1. Less price volatility (eg. 5to 5.5 change is 10%) 2. Attract major funds to buy-in.

@Peace99. Consolidation has some good and bad effect.

Theoretically it has a neutral effect, if its based on accounting principles.

But in Malaysian share market, some intended to cast the share consolidation exercises are totally pure bad exercises. They only referring the bad examples of share consolidation done by certain group of companies which gave more losses to small shareholders.

The spammers always used this ghost story to give bad impression on the counters which they did the spamming activities.

It should be you, the most suitable investor to take the PP as you are the PP master.

Awak pun bukan guru saham, saya pun selalu buat banyak silap dalam pelaburan saham. Malah laporan dari syarikat pun bukan 100% boleh percaya.

At last, kena guna penilaian sendiri. Kaji sendiri sesuatu saham, buat kesimpulan dan ambil keputusan sendiri. Risiko sendiri tanggung.

@mansaham1972. Soal harga akan turun berapa tu saya tak boleh komen. Saya rasa komen awak pun macam komen saya dibuat atas dasar andaian dan pandangan peribadi sahaja.

Namun, untuk isu consolidation tu, saya selalu kemukakan kemungkinan risiko yang rendah untuk Kanger, terutama buat masa terdekat atau jangka sederhana ini. Alasannya atas dasar "SEMUA SYARIKAT MEMPUNYAI RISIKO UNTUK MEMBUAT KONSOLIDASI SAHAM". Tetapi risiko untuk itu adalah berbeza untuk setiap syarikat.

Maaf.

Reasoning yang banyak kali saya kemukakan di forum ini fasal risiko konsolidasi saham yang dihadapi oleh Kanger. Bagi saya, risiko untuk buat konsolidasi adalah rendah.

I JUST WANT TO TAKE SOME POSITIVE NOTES ON THIS BIG PERCENTAGE OF SHAREHOLDING BY SUBSTANTIAL SHARE HOLDERS IN KANGER.

1. All those three substantial shareholders already took up 1,795,552,215 units of shares or 32.32 % of shareholding in Kanger.

2. Even the NOSH has been lifted up to 5,978,812,213, the share spread among retail investors was not getting widen.

3. The big shareholding among a few substantial investors give me more confidence on the company management and prospect.

4. Consider Sii Tung Nai (from Sung Master) as a substantial holder in Kanger. His reputation on managing Sung Master, an unlisted company with good results (as reported). Hope Kanger can get some good direction in managing the company for a better businesses.

Satu lagi, penilaian pelabur yang hendak jadikan kaunter Kanger sebagai kaunter trading adalah berbeza dengan penilaian pelabur yang sanggup jadikan kaunter ini kaunter pelaburan mid-term atau long-term......

Must be agreed upon by 3 major shareholders
I don't see any reasons why 3 major shareholders want to push down their shares to burn their pockets

My friend want to buy the warranty at 0.01, i say dun buy, if want to buy , pump in small money RM 30m capital to buy and accumulate 90% of 1.7b share warrant to control the price, than push up the warranty price from 0.01-0.02 to 0.20-0.30 or what price level he want. Haha
