I think NPRA will approve Kanger's application eventually, simply bcos no convincing reason to reject. Don't know where duopharma got their sinopharm....but Kanger getting from Arab will be acceptable to the majority of malaysians and some vaccine haters might even ok to accept it.

@mansaham1972. Bagi saya positif saja. Kalau BOD senyap saja, dan hanya bergantung pada perniagaan BAMBOO di China, sedangkan perniagaan bamboo pada masa itu dalam proses perpindahan kilang dan penjualan (termasuk eksport) terjejas teruk akibat Covid-19 adakah awak fikir Kanger BERDAYA MAJU.

Saya sokong plan dan usaha Kanger untuk diversify perniagaan, terutama dalam perniagaan yang ada peluang daya maju.

Memang bukan semua plan perniagaan semestinya dapat dilaksanakan seperti dirancang. Namun, sebagai USAHAWAN, saya sokong BOD Kanger yang saya anggap bijak cuba mengambil peluang.

is A. Category:A - Poison

MZM2511...Category A is for Poisons. It cover all drugs including vaccine. Licensed Wholesaler and Licensed Importer is different. One is to distribute locally while the other is the Import Permit to bring into the country.

Kanger has also been authorised by G42 to be the product registration holder and distributor of the Hayat-Vax vaccine in Malaysia.

On behalf of G42 Medications, Kanger said it had submitted applications to obtain the required approvals from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency for the Hayat-Vax vaccine to be used in Malaysia.

Kanger will collaborate with ZP to facilitate the import, warehousing, and distribution of Covid-19 vaccines in Malaysia. "

NPRA approval belum dapat , macam mana be listed as importer ? The information we know now is that Kanger already made an application and they are now should be smarter with the application requirement. They knew that to be the registration holder of a product, they need to have the manufacturer authorization , in this case they have it with G42 ( as per the media information) .

Earlier round worked hard with Sinopharm ( which then taken by Duopharma ... Semua pun terkejut, include Duopharma sendiri , no immediate comment

MyEG plans private placement to raise as much as RM309mil

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) -- MyEG Services Bhd (MyEG) has proposed placement of up to 4.17% of its total number of issued shares to third party investors that would be identified later at an issue price to be determined later.

@mansaham1972, selalu yang jual itu akan main 'tipu'. Dia letak jual setengah sen. Bila sampai beberapa saat sebelum pasaran bermula dia batalkan que jualan setengah sennya. Jadi kamu pun terbeli dengan harga 1 sen. Jika kamu memang berhajat nak beli 1 sen, tak hal la. Tapi kalau hajat sebenar nak beli setengah sen tapi terbeli 1 sen, jadi dah 'rugi' 100%. Begitu jugak la sebaliknya.

@mansaham1972, ini teknik 50% - 50%...bila kamu nampak 0.05 sell que tu telah cancel que pada saat ke-59 (paling lewat) dan akhirnya price akan match kat 0.01, oleh itu kamu pun tekan cancel 0.01 buy que pada saat ke-59... pun tak sempat cancel.. kamu akan match kat 0.01 sen.. kecuali u ada super computer..

The facts are:

1. It's not a MUST for the company to do consolidation, even when its NOSH is already huge.

2. Its should be OKAY for the company to do some types of share issuances, IF the objective of the issuance of shares is to collect fund for the betterment of the company, such as for financing the new good investments.

3. Even the good company such as MyEg needs to issue new shares in collecting new fund. Therefore, using the said method to collect fund for new investment in Kanger, I think also a JUSTIFIABLE exercise.

Day and night promotion also cannot bring the price up.

Better take a break for few months wait to see any improvement to quarterly financial results.
Also don't forget to monitor and report how company fund is being utilised by directors as well as future fund raising via share issuance that will affect shareholders equity, eps and nosh.
