My answer which is only based on my predictions:

ANSWER NO. 1

The sale consideration ammounted RM1,993,000 will be included all assets and liabilities and creditors right owned by the sub subsdidiary, Shenzhen Kanger Holding Co. Ltd., not all the assets and liabilities of Shenzhen Kanger Holding Co. Ltd. parent company, Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd.

The Vendor (Ganzhou Kanger) has agreed to sell and the Purchaser Xue YongXing has agreed
to purchase 35,900,000 Sale Shares, representing 100% equity interest in Shenzhen Kanger,
together with all rights attaching to the equity and all assets, debts and creditors' rights in
connection with the equity, for a total consideration of RMB3,000,000 (equivalent to
RM1,993,500), on the terms and conditions contained in the SSA ("Disposal Consideration").
Salient terms of the SSA are set out in Appendix I of this announcement

to focus on construction segment, as well as to unlock the value and monetise Kanger's

ANSWER NO. 2.

The selling of assets issue I think still not confirm whether the disposal of the sub subsidiary (Shenzhen Kanger Holding Co. Ltd.) will also included the sale of the said asset in your question no. 2.

Be noted that:
a. Kanger International owned 100% Kanger Investment (HK) Limited.

b. Kanger Investment (HK) Limited owned 100% Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd.

c. Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd.owned 100% in Shenzhen Kanger
Holding Co. Ltd. (the indirect subsidiary under disposal proposal).

d. Hope that Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd is the owner of the said two commercial buildings and land located in Ganzhou City which under a disposal proposal.

If yes, then its GOOD. If no, then its BAD.

And also be noted that, the proposed disposal of subsidiary is only for Shenzhen Kanger
Holding Co. Ltd. not the disposal for the subsidiary, Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd. which is the 100% subsidiary of Kanger Investment (HK) Limited.

BASED ON YOUR NO. 2 INFO, THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF ASSET WAS RELATED TO THE ASSETS OWNED BY Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd..
