Ooi ' s wrongdoing should not be bore by innocent investors.
Sc has acted irregularly ?
Ooi is still being remanded for investigation now.

Shareholders should stay united if authorities acted wrongfully to consficate company asset due to ooi's personal involvement.

In a nutshell- company should resume trading asap as it is a financially sound company .shareholders are owners of company we cant allow sc to simply consficate the public entity asset due to director's fraudulent act- director involved should be solely accountable not d shareholders.

We can hire lawyer to take legal action against errand authirities so our rights are protected.

Sc can frozen ooi's asset (cds, bank account, personal assets) but listed entity assets are belong to shareholder.. cannot be consficated

On 29 nov i posted hopeful that ooi d greedy no.1 superconman of pg to be jailed 10years for insider trading but to my surprice god heard my appeal.

I am a long term heng huat shareholder if not bcos of ooi approached dato hng , share price wont drop to 3c .

Ooi is now very infamous in penang, facing death penalty charge n all his ill gotten wealth being consficated .(366 million)

Inside d consficated asset are we shareholders hard earned blood n sweat being conned by ooi .


I think sc should investigate insider trading claim by some shareholders.

Apparently , some major shareholders had sold the share @ 12c knowing that consoliation 10-1 to be announxed later.

It is strictlt unfair to us .

If sc prolong d suspension.. it will dampen d bursa image n scare away foreign fund.

Too long d suspension already.now d asset seized n kinpin charged- business should be back as normal.

Sc- u hv no right to further suspend s trading.. listed share to be traded bit suspended.

Ooi is infamous in penang to con ppl.even own brorher he conned . Brother brought d case to court n he was sentenced to 4 years jail but after influence from their mother, bro withdrew d charge with condition ooi had to return d properties to his brother.. he returned n escaped d jail term

HHGROUP will be suspended until further noticed from PDRM . SC can't make the call right now.

I think there will be no show anymore from HHGROUP.
Expect to see limit down when HHGROUP resume trading.

Bad cash flow management, owe more than 60m debt,
high bad debt, solely focus on China market ( Right now Coronavirus: Many manufacturing plant in China already halt )

With so many negatives surrounded HHGROUP. One can expect to see HHGROUP traded below 10c once resume trading.

For the right issue, it will definitely undersubcribed . ( all account of ooi has been locked ) and it is for sure retailers wont fork up $ to subscribe such no prospects , bad management, bad fundamental 's company.

Many investors said name play an important game.
But for HHGROUP it has heng 兴 and Huat 发 also doesnt make any difference.

I will remove this HHGROUP forever from my watch list.

The best thing I saw from today announcement is Lim Ghim Chai resign from BOD.

He is also current BOD in ATTA. I think SC or PDRM should probe him for investigation too.

You know all heng huat shareholders lost heavily after ooi was inside d bod- he suggested capital restructure- his usual technique- he boast everywhere that no one could win from his counter..??

Dati hng's body also full if ants now- nit out of wood yet bcos of trusting ooi .. nooi was intriduced to him by lim ghim chai so hbg axed lim ..

If heng huat share not back to rm 1.3 ( after capital reduction) - shareholders sure will take action against those who sold befire announcement
