guys please dont trust this CIMB...they already lost 80% of their net profit. They will do anything to make money with such structured warrant. Each time when the market goes down badly, they just need to issue more to prevent this stock form going up. Trust me just cut lost and get the hell out of here.

This hg came up from 5c 6c to 22c. If ci go above 1800. We can buy hg at 10c or less. Its all timing.

i was told icon8888 bought millions of HG at 18c. to hedge, bcos he believe index will drop to 1300 and he will make millions from buying HG index put warrant.

Have to check the initial release price was 0.06 referring to exercise price at KLSE 1800 and create a linear line toward 1670 which closed at 0.32..

seems calculation of value based on Exercise level of index on maturity,
less aactual index, divided by the exercise ratio. So if exercise level is
1680 on maturity, but actual KLCI index is 1600, thus it is 80 divide by exercise ratio of 200, which means the value of the put warrant is 20 cents ? Correct me, just starting to evaluate put
warrant. Do correct is wrong.

investor77, exercise ratio is 667... if actual index at expired date is 1600, then actual value=(1800-1600)/667=0.299. Usually before maturity, the price will be overpriced, but this put warrant is undervalued(around the actual value)

拿HO为例。。
HO Exercise Price = 1808 Conversion Ratio = 800 今天闭市价 = 0.24
KLCI闭市 = 1636
HO 应有价格 = （1808 - 1636） / 800 = 0.215
也就是说如果KLCI在到期的时候维持不变 = 1636
银行会给回你0.215
但是你买入价是0.24
所以你还是亏0.025（0.24-0.215）
