“不過，公司才上市了3個月，收購計劃還是言之過早，但每天都在審核不同的公司，以便利於收購計劃。”

The company just listed in dec 2015...march 2016 QA meh ??
So fast Ah ? If QA so fast ...I also no trust they do a good job mah...!!

Sourcing for acquisition company take time loh....give time at least 5 to 9 mths...b4 more definite company can be identified for QA mah....!!

Btw....the directors...Quite honest people....please do not hurt their integrity loh....!!

If SPAC (SONA, REACH, RSENA) really want the QA, they MUST push up the share ABOVE the net cash value, otherwise they can kiss their QA bye bye. Investors see this as a measure of HOW SERIOUS the SPAC management really want the QA.

Lesson from
Hibiscus - share price must be above net cash value for QA to be successful.
Cliq - dont wait until very last minute to announce first QA coz if there are any regulatory hiccups there is no time left.
Sona - dont waste time on sweeteners like capital repayment. There is only one way for the QA to be succesful - share price must be above net cash value.

whatever it is in SPAC...................made sure you gets 75% votes or else just kiss good bye to the QA no matters how good or money generating it is.

Please don't buy warrants as it can be total loss if you can't get the 75% voting rights.

And also made sure no yield investors buying into the mother shares eg. Credit Suise and Pacific Alliance Group........................they are not interested in the QA...................they only want yields return.

Don't believe....................look at Cliq n Sona.
