Management should be asked this question (pest control) at AGM. I will do so if I attend the AGM. If I don't I hope someone does. Having said that, this is a good income REIT if they give 6.5% in 2017 & 2018 as promised in prospectus.
We refer to the prospectus of the KIP REIT dated 30 December 2016 which states that the first distribution in respect of the period from KIP REIT’s date of establishment to 30 June 2017 (“the said Period”) would be paid by the Manager within two months from the end of the said Period and thereafter on a half yearly basis or such other intervals as the Manager may determine at its absolute discretion.
The Manager wishes to announce that with the approval of the Trustee, Pacific Trustees Berhad, the distribution income policy of KIP REIT would be changed from a half yearly basis to a quarterly basis. Hence, the first distribution income would be for the period ended 31 March 2017 and subsequently, on a quarterly basis during the continuance of KIP REIT.
This div profit of 1 cent only for the business period from 6/2/17 (listing date) to 31/3/17 i.e. total 54 days. Not as you think, from 1/1/17 to 31/3/17 which was 85 days.
KIPREIT is the cheapest REIT to own and still has growth potential. The management integrity is commendable as it is implementing the proposals in the prospectus. Although changes made to quarterly income distribution, it is in the interest of shareholders. Shareholders can have steady stream of income on quarterly basis instead of half-yearly basis.
Be optimistic. Those hunger for cask are selling low. Those have faith are buying due to bargain price. I have accumulated 600 lots. No problem to add somemore
600 lots is only 60000 units. Cannot become top 30 shareholders. Just top up some 95 lots last min. Now I have only 69500 units. I stay in Nilai. If Agm is held in Johor, I might not be able to come especially during week days. I usually attend Agms at KL, Bangi and Seremban.
I have nothing to afraid to invest any counter with profit making at low price or bargain price. Eg Krono at 0.21, Affin at 2.34, May bank at 7.83 etc.. Surely gain soon.
Yes. For reits, i bought Sunreit at 1.43/1.46 at Jan 2015. Sold at 1.84 at Dec 2016. Bought MQReit at 1.03/1.04 at Jan 2015 (agak-agak), sold at 1.33 last month, 2017. The moment people sell at low price afraid of bad news, it is time to collect.
