Something fishy, both director Ong and Chew's shareholding of direct and indirect keep reducing. I don't see any of the sell transaction reported but their "Total no of securities after change" is reducing. Anybody know why?
Ong and Chew have aroun 272mil shares in Feb, and till date, only 219mil shares in total including direct and indirect. I don't understand this. Where are the rest of the shares gone?(No sell or transfer transaction disclosed at all) Anybody can shine a light?
Good... hopefully its a genuine counter.. I'm holding quite a lot of units too. That's why a bit worry. And looking at some comments given was it looks like both directors are increasing their stake but in fact they're unloading. Will try to seek advise from KLSE or any brokerage firm on any potential reason of the decreasing shareholding.
They have been selling, not dumping, to scare retail investors to sell but they ask their friends/cronies to collect. They sell little but their friend collect more.
if ocbc wants to dump all their shares by dumping bit by bit is too stupid this will only make their shares sell at lower price u dont value counter with ocbc selling
@Ivanforbay, the direct interest of both Chew and Ong actually have increased to more than 6%. If both of them are holding 6% plus, actually they already own around 13% shares, plus 34% from their indirect shares, is around 47%. For me, the direct shareholding is more important as this is their hard earn money. Indirect shareholding is still own by their company. I think 85sen and below is definately a good buy.
@siew jia bin, not true for direct holding onlyl important.u check with all tycoon. total holding is important but not direct holdinng, ytl, genting etc... all holding very little direvt share but they
See the daughter fly here and there, use Instagram as proxy. I can tell you abuse of fund is the perfect recipe for disaster... Singapore banks dumping already, waiting for the next plunge
@mhling, yes but they disposing shares without disclosing it.. this is fishy. Bursa required directors to disclose that. I don't see any dispose announcement. Its like they are hiding something.
@kinuxian, please note that I never said those director did anything wrong just trying to seek for clarification. As an investor in this company, coupled with all the continuous selling. It looks strange to me.
KIPREIT will distribute 100% of its profit as dividend during these 2 years. Assuming a EPS of 1.5 sen per quarter, at current price of 85.5sen, KIPREIT has a very attractive dividend yield (~7%).
Bro.... Do you even know the basics? REIT are regulated to give out dividends for 100% of its gains. It's more of a tax saving vehicle for the company...
