Everything hinges on EY audit review. Although, it still shows profit however they have loan repayment obligations. If they are unable to repay or raise funds because of their lower valuations SD may be forced to liquidate some assets. I guess that’s why SD is looking for business with quick returns. Anyway, as long the report do not turn out adversely, the current price is already dirt cheap. Maybe EPF is already waiting at the sideline waiting to pounce once the result is out. Most probably they may already be given the biweekly report….

Revenue wise not dropped much but how come profit margin dropped so much? From what I read, didnt saw large sum of impairment loss. Tmr below 30c for sure.

Last time every quarter 100mil profit even during MCO in 2020, now is not even 15mil, EPS 0.4 cents , what do you mean will limit up? based on what numbers it deserves a limit up? what a joke. Be prepared the share price may drop straight line down tmorrow.

Current p.e is 2.61. with the latest eps of 0.4 the forward eps is only 1.6 and assuming same p.e. of 2.61 the stock price should be only 4 cents..... So tomorrow conlafirm .......

At first Glance, i feel that having profit 13mil is okay during June in Malaysia. But SerB biz is mostly
in Middle east. Most of Qatar & Others there already fully vaccinated by June. Biz should go Up
instead of slowly Down. If you look at June and March 2020, Revenue were 1.4Bil....
After SerB had dispute with KPMG in 2021, March Qr and June Qr results started falling....to me
it is strange!!
