some companies earn a lot but share price keep dropping. Some company make loss, but share price shoot like hell. No one can predict the trend 100%.

SB is actually the last Actor in restructuring O&G sector. SB is following the same path as Sapnrg
Armada, Velesto...someone has to Clear its Debt whether thru RI or "some white Horse"....The
problem with RI is that the Owner must forked Out substantial amount of Cash which he doesnT has( forced selling )

Its scariest if EY confirms KPMG findings. Plenty of impairment will appear.

In order not to confuse anyone, Consolidation elimination is a "write off entry" in SD case.

As not much details is show in this QR, most likely they have to reverse out RM121M due to double accounting. Example Parent and Subsidiary both reported revenue on same project. I think most likely is their Middle East project.

Either way, SD will have to write off this amount and net profit reported is as 1.01%
