Revenue just drop 10% but profit drop 90%. Adjustment to cover the over reported profit form last Q. Guess got time to cover the tracks for the independent reviewer to gave a good outcome. Money talks. Weigh risk to reward. With revenue holding up well, the profit shd return sooner.
By the way the sukuk due May 2022 is holding well

Figures never lie, people do.

Since June, my posting is directed at the red lights found in SD books. It looked like a cut and paste Frankenstein job.

And it confirmed my findings when latest QR is released. SD is forced to reconcile their books.

Forced?? Yes, SD has no choice knowing this QR will drop their already depressed stock price: This is the clearest sign EY findings will confirm KPMG.

Now it’s margin adjustments
Later revenue and inventories adjustment
Later Net Book Value will drop
Impairment value minimum 500M

I was right since June, let’s see if I am right again in October.

U sell something, customer cannot pay, u impair the receivables.
U buy stock inventories, inventories damage due to flood, u impair inventories.

But in Fraud counter, they are doing Fraud accounting.
Fake sales, Fake profit, Fake receivables, Fake inventories.

U cannot impair something that is not there, or fraudulently stated.

Some more, the account has not be sign off by auditor yet.
Therefore, they must reinstate, re-correct and replace
all the un-audited quarter's revenue and profit announced previously
with new one.

The Most urgent issue here is
the big NEGATIVE cashflow
couple with MASSIVE "current" Liabilities
and with Sub-ZERO cash.

BANCRUPTCY is imminent.

Working backwards using this profit margins over the last 6Q, the most optimistic calculation is a total impairment of 500M. Could be as high as 800M.

When audited accounts is released, will have a clearer picture.

Cash flow on the other hand, its a real problem. The company is running on fumes now or admitted in ICU now.

By early next year, we will see China version of Evergrande here.
