I simply couldn't understand what he mean not conclusive? Is not conclusive but is that the fact findings a piece of complete SIR? If yes then why say not conclusive?

A complete SIR is build from small piece of factual findings and data. So the findings that reported by EY now at the end will turn a roundabout say the previous findings are invalid in the final report conclusion?

I had posted very early on..

This Karim has no experience in crisis management.

Just take the impairment and move on. By doing dirty laundry in public, it opens up everything to every available microscope.

No listed company can withstand such scrutiny.

Answer : SD probably will be doing BAU by now if they just took the impairment hit

@Huangbk72.. thanks for waking me up. I guess you are absolutely right. I was thinking that Karim was a man of integrity and the "possible positive" SIR from ey would reverse this devastating situation. However now it seems the sentiment seems more negative than positive and the impact this will cause when trading resumes will be deadly.

At least we can have a small conclusion..

SD will not win the legal suit against KPMG.. settlement probably which includes :

1) Public apology by SD to KPMG
2) SD to bear all legal costs

After adding millions paid to Shafee, SD ended losing the most in this ridiculous legal suit against KPMG.

New trader. I totally agree with u about this crap mabel. Until china stock also bought up bragging here how much he or she earn. I already sounded her many times dancing with no reason in TG. Drop frm 7 rm till 2.70 up 3 cents dancing bragging around. Hopefully he or she get out of here forever.
