Does it really matter whether the Audited report is out? So long as SIR is not released the counter remained suspended. Face the fact. Prolonged legal case will sink Serbak altogether. If I am Serbak employee, I will now resign and get a better job.

Nexia come out with AR, then will contradict KPMG and EY finding.
Nexia is also waiting for SIR to complete AR.

Otherwise will open flood gate for SD to sue KPMG and EY.
Nexia will need to proof their finding in court to dispute KPMG and EY

Philip ( buy what you understand) Taking a big hit on serba dinamik shares and sold fully to reduce further exposure long term. I think their inability to improve cash flow via borrowings and the red flag of 10% receivables uncollected more than 3 months is going to be the back breaker for me. Short term debt and inability to collect money are worrying signs indeed.
