Haha...no need to go for MHC as Mabel has Tenaga and TSH under my collection...

As for TDM, it has 44,247 Ha of fully planted oil palm plantation and based on Rm 70,000 per Ha, which has an open market value of Rm 3,100,000,000.

TDM has 5 private hospitals. Based on an average cost of Rm 100 million per hospital, TDM’s 5 hospitals has an open market value of Rm 500 million.

TDM has Rm 54,685,000 loan and 216 million trade payable Rm, total debt Rm 270 million.

TDM net asset value is Rm 3100 million from plantation + Rm 500 million from the 5 hospitals – Rm 270 million debt = Rm 3,330 million.

Total number of issued shares is 1,725 million. Net assets value Rm 3,330 million divided by 1,725 shares = Rm 1.93 per share. Today last traded price is 28 sen (bought 16-20) and its NTA is Rm 1.93.

The Hospitals is really good to have as it compliment Mabel's Sime Darby Medical Centres, Sunway Medical Centres and IHH Healthcare..

You are not in their situation you can talk coxx. Lets put you in that situation about to loss your job and you have family to feed on. You think easy meh to get job now days. You maybe from wealthy family which have FAM money to used but others are from middle income group not that fortunate like you. Some of them only husband are working. Some more now days many O & G company not hiring more people as they tend to control capital due to lack of business opportunity even in Malaysia as O & G environment in Malaysia just started to pick up with Capex investment by PETRONAS.

Guess Karim & gang sold their Serbadk shares to raise RM16 million to pay their fines...nothing to be proud of ..
"Serba Dinamik and its four top executives, including controlling shareholder Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah, who is also the managing director, were compounded RM3 million each for submitting a false statement involving revenue of RM6.01 billion for its 12-month financial period ended Dec 31, 2020 (FY20). The company's audit saga started a year ago when its former auditor KPMG red-flagged issues on its financial accounts.

Beside Mohd Abdul Karim, the other executives were "executive director Datuk Syed Nazim Syed Faisal, who was chief financial officer (CFO) from June 2016 until mid-2020; its current group CFO Azhan Azmi; and vice president of accounts and finance Muhammad Hafiz Othman. Muhammad Hafiz was also slapped with an additional RM1 million compound for falsifying the accounting records of Serba Dinamik's subsidiary."

To be fair on facts.RM 16 millions were paid on the 9th and raising money from selling share statement my view not really true.
Turtles cannot be selling share and immediately get the money the same day.

However they might used what they have sold before suspended are possible and borrow from along or korek duit duit hasil penipuan.These ppl have lots of money.
Bear in mind banks transactions can be tracks.
The question why only paid on the 9th and not before?

Goverment today sud nt use public money to bail out any co including sapura. High skill worker already earning big previously n can be easly absorb by others running co. Public fund sud be use to retrain those unable to get job only after retrench. This is js my own opinion.
