Rm 10 also i wont invest in sd. Better rm 10 donate to beggar or buy 4d than buy into sd. In Sd the chances of losing all is 99.9%. If u buy 4d u still have a small chances of winning the 1st 2nd n 3rd prize. Why want to bet in sd for e toilet paper.

Well my questions are simple. Aren't Serba has it own annual report and why are they not address by KPMG every year. Why accounts are unverified ? As such how to come to a conclusion that Serba lost 5B whilst accounts have not completed its task. Do you think this is over exaggerate on Serba. Finally such a big discrepancies how Serba can release the AR 2022 ! I think we are not in the picture and let the authorities and more qualified people to handle. Neither anyone in this forum can comment otherwise if you are auditing Serba or handling the case in reality. Let us see how Serba management deals with the issues. Finally penalty is agreed by court. What can you say. Just like an accident if you are wrong you will be saman for RM300. After pay, punishment is completed. Do you understand !

In this company, study its balance sheet. All liabilities are accepted as face values. All assets need to be discounted.

Can it service the interests of its huge debts? Also, we are in the era of rising interest rate.

In liquidation, shareholders are the lowest in the pecking order. In my opeinion, the shareholders' equity in this company is already negative.

Last Tuesday, the High Court granted an order for six financial institutions to wind up Serba Dinamik and its three subsidiaries over debts totalling about RM5 billion. In short, the company will be liquidated.
