Serbadk case is accounting fraud, it mean the liabilities are real but the assets are fakes.

So there is no hope of any regularisation plan forthcoming. Your serba holding will become zero. Period.

Yes, the accounts were qualified by the auditors. Due to strong cables, the issues dragged on. The fine by the court was not commensurate with the gravity of the issues. The top person in SC resigned, applaudable, though he had to make a personal sacrifice.

Just like Transmile, the thing to do is to sell the stock as soon as this issue first appeared.

Do you think Serba would take the risk to fool another auditor the third time?
If Serba directors think that if it is no longer an on-going concern, wouldn't they just exit instead going through so many litigations?

It is not cheap to engage top lawyer Muhd Shafee as legal consultant. KPMG has paid RM340.9M fines to the MY Govt for 1MDB settlement in Sept 2021. Are damages (billions) claimed by Serba valid?

Do you beleive if I told you, I am here to advise those wanted to bet RM1,000 in Serbadk to better use the money and treat their family to a dinner.

The only way to escape the full force of the law is to perlong the saga and hoping the external auditor will signed off the AR with big losses to cover the book cooking profit of the past many years.

You really need to understand the different level of auditor opinion expressed in AR.

In SD case, Nexia signs off without complete audit documents and information.

They have no attached legal liability.

You believe SD, u buy. When accounts is proven to be fake, u can’t sue Nexia.

Court impose winding up because under previous judicial management application, Serba Dinamik said that it is eager to pay the creditors, but nothing came out of that, with the group failing to pay the creditors on Aug 31 and at the end of 2022.
