More handovers are expected in the next few months, especially from London City

@Terence.人家糖王卖糖卖了几十年，也没听说过亏钱。结果政府派Fgv去死抢烂霸搞到手，后来还起糖价，照理应是稳赚不赔的生意。现在才多少年，又搞到亏损连连了，还问糖王有没兴趣回购呢！这就是Fgv的管理能力了..........

贪污腐败......早期所有想要，需要，曾经或已经和政联公司有过交易或合作或曾经接触过的一定会被要求报高价再给回拥来换合约。不从的就与合约无缘。近代升级版的就是直接把合约批给自己或自己人的公司。就这样相关人袋袋平安，阿公钱就任拿，能不亏吗？人人皆知，就当官的视儿不见....哀哉

Ewint 1 st yr listing, still moving around 0.90 to 1.0. That time no sales, loss making. After handover, profit shown in QR, straight drop to 0.80, n never rebound. Then following QR, earn again, down furthet to 0.70. Now 0.650 oso hardly maintained.
Wer is the logic?
I really hope some huge loss in forex, might boost up the price.........

Ecoworld group of companies now is 讲就天下无敌，做就无能为力。 Both ecoworld n Ewint r historical low at 0.770 n 0.630. Ecoworld every Q n yr oso profitable, but why no dividend at all? The reality is these 2 firms debts r extremely high. No cash in hand.
Those unbilled sales all in multiple billions, prospect r so good, mgmt best in the world, share prices at pasar malam level........!!!

Of course lar the property sector is really bad now, some like Mah Sing, IOIPG, UemS, r all at historical low level, but at least they still paying dividend for shareholders. E.g. Mah Sing now at 0.915, still pay 4.5 sen in Sept.
