10 cents dividend is unlikely, 5 cents dividends means need about 12 years to get back capital only at the current price. Anyway, "good news" may help trading sentiment.

When country leaders shouting loud on economic fundamentals, ringgit remains in its downward trajectory. When management of listed companies said or gave empty promised, price most likely down too. LT is supported by reasonable DY. As for this one, at best for trading only as DY most likely is inconsistent even though may give a 5 cents in 2020.
