2018 Q2 show profit lost 29076K, since project start handover and company start make money,i believe coming Quater should show positive result, hopefully have EPS 2.5 sen above.

I remain optimistic

Q3 of FYE Oct 2019 is definitely going to be good as it is very clear there will be handing over huge amount of units (as per company announcement)

coming Q2 not so sure - could be good or lacklustre. As per announcement, there will be handing over completed units, but not sure is after Q2 or during Q2

For me, that is a norm for investing

In early 2018 I bought one lorry bimb warrants at 25

After that it dropped to 13 sen by end 2018

Instead of cry mum cry dad, I bought another one lorry at 15 sen

Then when it goes up to 35 sen recently , I unloaded the entire two lorries

The below info I extracted from the last quarterly report. It sounds like the coming Feb-Apr'19 earnings result will not be very positive. The investor needs to wait for the May-July'19 earnings result to see better earnings (to be published in Sept'19) :

- London City Island is expected to hand over units in its remaining residential blocks starting mid-FY2019 (May'19 onwards) while Embassy
Gardens is expected to deliver Block A05 in 2H FY19 (May'19 - Oct'19). This means we should see higher earnings from Q3FY19 onwards (May'19 onwards).

But, it also has a negative point, that is UK's property price has been declining due to the unresolved Brexit issue. We can only have more clarity on Brexit after end Oct'19.

@ 31 Jan 19, LCL block B & C 79%, D & E 71% , EG A5 74% , based on the progress of the project, i don't think they can complete and handover before 31 July ( Q3 ),

I attended the AGM few months back

shortly after the AGM started, Tan Sri Liew grabbed the mike, and he gave a very short speech

he said ...

"share price has come down a lot, I am the biggest casualty. Give me one year, if next year still like that, you come back here and ask me"
