I find it quite interesting that this company can make good profits during Q2 the peak of Covid. Now that shops are allowed to open, i think Q3 got good chance to go back to the the usual 6-7m.

Also last q they transitioned to have 22% of their sales being from online (it was 4% previously), so they should be doing better online as well.

Selling for normalized earnings of about 14 times, and ROE of 40%, looks quite interesting.

With growth coming from vietnam as well (btw vietnam sales did not drop during their lockdown).

Looks very interesting

@cbkia4896 Although I am currently not holding any shares (am waiting for my TP to enter), I think that if you bought w cash and not on contra, maybe you should consider to adopt a wait n see strat for this counter. Decent fundementals and the business is steadily growing both online and overseas (Viet, Cambodia etc). Do what you suits yo best but give it a thought first is my advice to you

Going in and out when the price fluctuates does you no good, set a tp and abide by it. Hoping onto the boat just to jump off is a good way to lose money for sure. Have a nice weekend and all the best

Very clearly today, only big consumer / retail stocks are being pushed up by operators solely on news of vaccine. I doubt the surge can sustain and gradually, prices will correct again until another "worthy" announcement.

The business model of Bodyshop is strong and I foresee the share price will be reflected accordingly over the longer term. Vietnam will be a good catalyst if growth there is promising. Time will tell and the management needs to allocate more capital to expand into Vietnam.
