Bhd. has been selected in a competitive bidding exercise under CGPP conducted by the Energy Commission (“EC”) for the development of 29.99 megawatt (“MWac") solar power plant; and

(b) Solarcity REIT Sdn. Bhd. (“Solarcity REIT”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been selected in a competitive bidding exercise under CGPP conducted by the EC for the development of 29.99 MWac solar power plant，

(collectively the development of 29.99 MWac as stated in (a) and (b) referred to as “the Projects”).

Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Projects.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the Projects, if any.

This announcement is dated 8 August 2023.
