Apa sebab bagitu ? Fasal harga IPO itu di tetapkan rendah sangat . Kebanyakan harga IPO syarikat syarikat yang bagus itu cuma 30 cent ,40 cent. Murah sangat !

Tetapi baik juga bagi mereka yang berpendapatan rendah atau sedehana bertuak dapat satu atau dua lot IPO saham pun shukorlah.

When some loss-making stocks shoot up like rocket, there are some people say those stocks are still cheap .

Some good fundamental stocks rise to a certain level, people say overvalued.

Which is which ? I don't know really.
