After careful research and close study, I found that L& G (3174) after its recent years transformation and pending its ICULS issue, current price level is a good entry, please watch out closely on it over next 12 months。 In fact the real thing that excites me is proposed ICULS !!!! The ulterior motive of Proposed ICULS is same as the ulterior motive of drunken-man in the bar is not the WINE , but the SEXY WOMEN there , haha!!!!(醉翁之意不在酒，或项庄舞剑意在沛公）
