Unsatisfactory service from OSK

Trading platform is down recently, and this problem has continued for few days. My broker does not inform me what's going on with the platform. Email has been sent but there is no reply.

is it able to sell a stock by calling the broker?

Yes, my OSK/RHB broker also did not inform me about this issue.
When I am calling her, she told me that now the system are in mergering process, so we can call the broker for online rate. Thanks.
