i sold gadang-wa because i forecast US market Friday is red..so plan to collect cheap on Monday. Hope Monday still have people sell down to collect.

CT. good afternoon. taken your lunch. anyway thanks for the caution. this DATO now also upgrade himself to TANSRI; so this GADANG also need upgrading/rerating. on Friday KENANGA upgrade TP from 1.50 to 2.40. 4 others 3/4 days ago also upgrade above 2.50+ except UOB KAY HIN(Singapore) yet to revise the former TP 1.90. this rerating happens when gadang formed JV development with capital city/hatten developer with GVD of rm1.8b over 66 months. work on project to start in oct'14 and payment of 16.7% of GVD starting 2015. by this arrangement GADANG will receive rm42m+(after corporate 25% tax)each year till 2019.factor this rm42m+ into year2015 earning will see their NTA 1.58(excluding second half 2014 & FULL 2015 from present contribution). don't think will come down to your 1.01 level unless whole world market crashed. don't look at the future, look at the Q3 financial reporting coming out on 24/4/14 should make another decent profit of 0.04/share. for 9 months earning2014 EPS around 0.12+ vs 0.10(y-o-y)2013;this is a growth on 20% and expected full year in may'14 EPS 0.16+(announcement in end july'14)vs 0.12(y-o-y)fullyear2013. there'll be 40% growth in profit. normally share always trade at forwards earning @ 10x GADANG should be 1.60 and @ 15x should be 2.50. likely scenario this counter will trade around 1.60/2.50 before 2014 is out. maybe I'm wrong;so buy/sell at your own risk. good luck.

Newman, u got your FA points & i dont trade based on FA nor read any financial news.

From TA point of views, price will move upwards not in a staright line.. Once the current cycle is completed (few months rest), a new cycle is born then Tp is higher & higher... Sorry!! dont mean to kacau kacau.. If price can cross 1.49 to form higher High, extension is on. I hope im wrong & good luck all Newman & the gang..

See Tebrau, Scomies etc ect that they have completed the Cycle & new life begins.. So i have new higher TP for Tebrau & Scomies.. Cheers!!

Im waiting for the price to retrace from current surge. Assuming 1.39 is the High & starts to retrace, then i will q to buy at 1.33-1.31 as i wanna ride on final minuted upleg to hit any price ranging from 1.45-1.52.Im looking that there re 2 more uplegs to come prior to test the recent High. My TP are based on current 1.39 & shld price continue to go higher, TP & retracement price (1.33-1.31) will be changed accordingly.

Above is my personal view on Tebrau & trade at your own risk.
