cwingz,i do not expect any meaningful rally till after next fed meeting around mid june,no right minded ppl will fight the fed.
further,crude is topping out currently n ringgit is weakening...n global mkts does not look good.

Kitty28, the F-H43 and 67 did not move much even the KLCI is going up is because of "manipulation", someone holding the warrants don't want to see the price drop so much hence artificially jack-up the bid and ask price using two trading accounts. This will not last long, when index going up to certain level, if the fair market bid price is 2.5c but the jack-uped bid price is 3.5c, some investors will start to sell to him. He will be in trouble to keep absorbing the selling.

for intra-day trades, you can not find any index warrant better than HSI. The intra-day high and low of HSI is large enough for traders.

KLCI does not move much in a day, so KLCI index warrant is more suitable when there is a trending market -- either uptrend and downtrend, and it is profitable for keeping days or weeks. It is not suitable for sideway market.

if you must trade KLCI index warrant, you have to choose one that is responsive. Its exercise price must be close to the current index future.

FBMKLCI-C46 will up 0.5 sen for every change 3-3.5 points change in index future

FBMKLCI-C38 will up 0.5 sen for every change 9.5 points change in index future

ss1967 .. raya is trapped in a range between 22 and 26 ! if break up, she will face strong res at 29 .. if break down, she may slide to 62F at around 20 or even 78F at 18 .. currently, she has pulled back to 50F at 22 .. so, for further upward movement we really must see that she breaks 26 (key res) with vol and ultimately the critical res at 29 .. not sure when u chased this bugger but an alert had been raised when she failed to take down 29 with a negative div from both macd + rsi in early feb :( on the price chart, a double-top pattern was formed ! perhaps it's a good idea to tighten our stop loss / trailing stop upon sighting such signal in future just so we are not caged too long :(:(

Goody99, thanks for the info. I knew that KLCI is not really suitable for day trade, I'm only come in when there is an opportunity. In this case, I'm looking for a bigger gain rather than just 0.5c, C28 should be very good for day-trading but it just too risky and 2 days left before expiry. So the next in line is C38 and C46. C38 effective gearing is 29.3 versus C46's 17.4. For current price, an increase in 0.5c for C38 (price 3c)is 16.7% whereas for C46 (price 15c) is just 3.3%. For C38, my strategy is if I can hit big then I will sell at the same day, else will carry forward for few more days.
