e.g., umw warrant is sold at 3% premium to mother.

Let's say mother share is RM5

thus, the strike price is RM5 + 3 % = RM5.15.

In other words, if you believe that UMW can hit RM5.15 and beyond by the deadline, you should probably on some warrant today.

Sime mother price now = RM2.72
sime-c15 premium 285.11%
sime-c15 strike price = RM10 (strange, no adjustment after demerger?)
sime-c15 price today = 9sen

conversion ratio 5 to 1

if you buy c15 at 9sen, you are actually looking at (RM2.72 * 285% = RM7.75 sime mother price by March 18).

But since your warrant will only be in the money after sime mother share > RM10, i suggest you play in out only. If you hold till deadline, almost 99.9% it will become worth lesser than a toilet paper.

yes bon ... i have ah wong !! MA and TL bounce from around 50/62 fib and i saw that swing point low (in yellow circle) ... so entered when i got the entry signal ie a bid higher than 3rd candle of SPL which is 1.18 (set stop loss at 1.1) .. since price has moved in my favor i moved my SL up to 1.16 .. after entry, it's TRADE management now :)

p/s - if wave 4 does not turn out to be a complex one, we may have caught the early stage of wave 5 yes ?

as price has reached a minor resistance now, it's good to see a tight consol (or some traders call it a BUILDUP) around this level ... then, hopefully there is a breakup thereafter :)
