Mind to share two view?
1) I believe some of you are lifetime vegetarian, mind to share what to consume to balance out the highly soy-protein content(as overdose of soy content will cause me Uric Acid)....thanks for sharing in advance!

2) I heard that night time not advisable to drink Ginger Tea because it will kill our body slowly. Must only consume ginger tea in the morning. Please enlighten me should you guys have firm knowledge about this.

duit, ginger tea can't consume at night is mainly due to it will affect your sleep, bcos it will "activate" and heat up you body, you will stay alert the whole night.

Icon, true, I once drink ginger tea, eat "kuchai" kuih, prawn all together on the same day, I felt like I am a tiger at night for almost a week. hahaha
