吉隆坡22日讯）OCR公司（OCR，7071，主板消费产品股）宣布以总值40万令吉，收购Visi Anggun 产业（简称VA产业）有限公司40万股或80%股权。

OCR公司今日发表文告，将以内部集资，通过独资子公司Grand Superland有限公司完成上述收购活动。

根据文告，VA产业11月3日获得来自马来西亚回教科学大学（USIM）意向书，为后者进行可容纳共4200名学生的两项宿舍建设、经营、转让（build-operate-transfer，简称BOT）项目，及拥有400张床位的教学医院大楼BOT项目。

在OCR公司成为VA产业的最大股东后，该公司将会负责上述项目的设计、建设和经营工作。

不过，文告并没有提及项目详情，包括总发展值以及项目期限。

文告也补充，VA产业剩余股权，由Inventive资源有限公司持股15%，和莫哈末尼占迦迪持有5%。

OCR公司董事经理王家豪指出，VA产业收购活动符合公司多元化业务经营策略，加强盈利表现。

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 30): Public IB Research said O&C Resources Bhd’s (OCR) share price gradually moved into higher-low and higher-high, giving rise to formation of an uptrend after undergoing a sharp retracement from resistance of 69.5 sen.

In a technicals note today, the research house said both bullish RSI and MACD indicators signal reasonable entry level, with anticipation of continuous improvement in both momentum and trend before the next reversal signal.

“Should 46.5 sen resistance level be broken, it may continue to lift the price higher to the next resistance level of 50 sen.

“However, failure to hold at support range within 39.5 sen and 41.5 sen may indicate weakness in the share price and hence, a cut-loss signal,” it said.
